FOUNDER & CEO

I started LBC LLC a little over 12 years ago, but I have been in the ABA field for over 23 years providing boutique style services to the whole family. I have 3 beautiful children. I love spending time with them. I also love the beach and country music.

I have been part of the LBC family since 2013. I have been living in Austin for over 12 years. I am a proud alumni of Texas Tech University. During my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, including my dog, Lilly and cat, Willow.

SUPERVISION COORDINATOR

I have been with LBC since 2018. I went to the University of Texas in Austin. I have cerebral palsy and am an active member of Austin’s special needs community and I volunteer with several community programs such as Special Olympics and Texas Rowing for All in my free time.

Hello, I have been a BCBA at LBC since June of 2023. I received her masters at UT in Special Education with an emphasis in Learning Disabilities & Behavioral Disorders. I did my BACB coursework at Penn State before sitting for the BCBA exam in 2019. I was a teacher for 4 years and taught first & second grade along with special education prior. I have been in the ABA field for 7 years. I’m originally from El Paso, Texas and have been in Austin for 13 years. During my free time I enjoys working out, playing with her GSD, Zara and reading.

My name is Kathleen Edwards. I previously worked for LBC as an RBT and recently returned as a BCBA and LBA! I'm a proud alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin where I met Dr. Amanda Little as my professor, and am so happy to now be calling her "Boss"! I love travelling, family time, and being outdoors, but nothing really tops being with the kiddos at LBC!
